Payment & Shipping Policy
All shipments (packages and envelopes) will be send through POSTNL. Shipments can be send through DHL at additional cost, “Contact us” for a quote.
Orders shall be sent within 2 working days after payment has been received.
Packages contain a “Track en Trace” code with which you can follow your package during shipment. This code will be send to you by email once the package has been send.
Both packages and envelopes will be properly packed to protect the contents, using “bubblewrap” plastic when needed.
In case the actual shipment cost are lower than estimated during the time of purchase (when packing multiple items the estimated weight might be slightly higher than the actual weight), we will transfer the excess amount back to your account.
Packages with a shipment cost of more than 60 EUR will be shipped for free within the Netherlands.
Payment are done safely using paypal.com (https://www.paypal.com) and Mollie B.V. (https://www.mollie.com/en/)
Credit card options are under construction at our website.
Orders will only be send once the payment has been received.
The option “Bank pre-payment” will have a validity of two weeks. If after two weeks the payment has not been received the order will be cancelled.
